Access to the MAM website is free, but users should note that the MAM charges fee for the users who intend to use the paid service provided by MAM such as Chat, Message; and other paid services.
Terms and Conditions of Use:
1.User Agreement
Visitors of MAM should agree to use and access the content and services offered by MAM in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 2.Eligibility

You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. At any time if MAM has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation or fake information then MAM reserves the right to terminate your membership without any refund of your underutilised credit left with MAM. MAM may time to time request for valid identity proof for the verification of your eligibility.
3.Profile Verification and Background Check
By registering with MAM, you agree to allow MAM to conduct background check, verify information provided or conduct criminal screenings of the user (profile) and MAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if MAM identifies that you breach any identity of your representation proves to be false. MAM may time to time request for valid identity proof for the validation of your identity. MAM team has the right to communicate with you by email or phone for any identity verification purposes.
4.Membership Term and Plans
MAM’s registered user may terminate your membership at any time by deleting your profile or by sending an email to MAM. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to be refund of any underutilised membership fees. If MAM may terminate or suspend your access to MAM website and your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the registered email address.
If MAM suspend or terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of your membership fee or unused points. The validity or Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken by you.
The membership plans and their corresponding fees are located at the "Upgrade Membership" page. These subscription fees are subject to change time to time as per the decision of MAM. The updated fee will be displayed in the “Upgrade Membership” Page. MAM has the right to fix the membership fees between different Country websites of MAM; the difference in packages between MAM sites are subject to a particular Country and other commercial conditions relevant to that Country.
The free registration member is entitled to use only limited features of MAM. The paid features are applicable only for paid members. Any free trial or other promotion that provides free access to the paid services must be used within the specified usage or time of the promotional. MAM team has the right to communicate with you by email or phone for any promotional activities.
Please be aware that different membership packages has the different features, you are responsible of understanding the feature of the membership packages before subscribing to the package. Payments made for selecting a package cannot be refunded due to unawareness of feature of the package.
5.Non-Commercial Use by Members/Agents
MAM website is open to use by public for the individual members or agents to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of finding matching life partner and should not be used in connection with any commercial activities. The commercial activities include providing hyperlink of other websites, providing the contact of any business. Illegal or unauthorised uses of MAM website will be handled with legal action according to the jurisdiction of the website. Agents can use MAM to advertise/promote their client profiles only upon the confirmation of the client. MAM is not responsible for the details posted by agent for his/her client. MAM does not verify if the agent has received any confirmation from his/her client. Agent is sole responsible for the profile posted by him/her.
6.Own risk
As a Visitor of MAM website you acknowledge that your use this Website is solely at your own risk. MAM is not responsible for the lose or cheating activity of any MAM member.
7.Accuracy of information
As a Visitor of MAM website you acknowledge that the information and photos that you supply to MAM website is/are accurate in all respects, not in breach of this Agreement and not harmful to any person in any way. As a Visitor of MAM website you acknowledge that you must not transmit or post on our website, any images that contain:
1. Images of any person without their knowledge and permission;
2. Nudity;
3. Sexual representation;
4. Animals or cartoon or morphed images of other personal.
8.Password Security
As part of the MAM member registration process, you will be required to provide a password. You are solely responsible for selecting a password that is not easily guessed and for keeping your password safe. If you notice that your account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify MAM helpdesk and you must promptly change your password by updating your account information.
9.Content Proprietary Rights in MAM website
The MAM website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of MAM. Except for that information which is in the public domain such as member profile or for which permission has been obtained from the user, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated by MAM without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees. MAM website reserves the right to take legal action on any visitor of MAM website applicable for any violations.
10.Terms of Usage
The MAM website reserves the right to verify the information posted by you and communications that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member. The MAM website reserves the right to review the activity and content of each account.
The MAM website reserves the right to delete/deactivate/suspend any multiple profiles for the same personal without any refund of membership fees.
You cannot use any automated processes like crawling tools, exe files, gifs, Batch files, shell scripts, IRC Bots and CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate with MAM website and/or its registered members
11.Dispute between MAM Members
As a Visitor of MAM website you are solely responsible for your communications with other MAM Members. MAM website reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. MAM website also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. MAM website reserves the right to not to disclose any action taken on other members.
12.Indemnity
As a Visitor of MAM website, You agree to indemnify and hold MAM websites, directors, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, damages or demand, including legal fees incurred by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above. You agree to be solely and exclusively liable for any breach of any country specific rules and regulations.
13.Confidentiality
The MAM website will maintain confidentiality of all members’ personal information except the information that is meant for advertise or posting. However, MAM website reserves the right to disclose such information if required for any statutory investigation. MAM website reserves the right to store/archive the information provided by the members as permissible under law irrespective of the termination or discontinuation of the membership with MAM.
14.Jurisdiction
You unconditionally agree that if there is any dispute between you and MAM website or service will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in India only.
15.Terms of Use of Payment Services
MAM uses third party payment services for the membership fee; you must accept and abide by the terms and conditions of the third party payment services.
MAM does not store user credit card or Bank payment information
16.Non-Agreement of Terms and Conditions
You have the full right do disagree the terms or conditions of MAM website. In the event, you are not agreeable to any of the terms or conditions of MAM website then please refrain from registering to the following MAM Websites;
